WE UNDERSTAND HOME BUILDERS

Personalized Bids With Options You Actually Want
Most solar companies have a basic, generic solar plan they copy and paste for each builder. Our bids are custom created after speaking with you to ensure the perfect package. We carry several different brands of equipment to match your needs.
Average Activation 39 Days After COE
While other builders often take 4-6 months to activate your home buyer's solar system, on average we are able to get permission to operate within 25 days of closing escrow and the system turned on within another 14 days. That means a quicker activation, happier Home Buyer, and more customer satisfaction for you.
In-House Design Team
Our standards of design and operations aren't met by outside designers, so we brought the entire design and engineering process in-house. Our in-house team works from your architect's plans and in coordination with electrical, roofing, and internal solar teams to ensure efficiency, adherence to CEC, jurisdiction and utility requirements and to provide the most aesthetically pleasing solar system from the studs to the roof.
Unmatched Home Buyer Care
We view your home buyers as our own customers and treat them with white-glove customer support. This means you can focus on the aspects of home building and selling instead of having to train your agents on selling solar. Each home buyer has a personalized consultation educating them on their solar options. Our customer service center is open M-F 9 to 5 Pacific to handle any questions they may have along the way, or even after move-in.
Processes and Systems Designed For New Home Builds
Other solar companies are using retrofit processes to design, install and operate solar for new builds. Hiring them is like hiring an excavator who forgets to call for blue stakes before digging - it's just messy. Our processes and systems are specifically built for serving new home builders. Our workflows and automated processes ensure the right action item enters the right department's queue at the right time for each and every home. We are the new home solar provider you don't have to worry about, we're built for new homes.
Frequent advances in solar technology can lead to costly equipment and permitting changes in the middle of your community build out. Thankfully, Ready Home works directly with AHJs to anticipate changes and avoid redesigns up front with considerations built into the Master Plan Sets. This allows Ready Home to respond quickly to industry changes without added cost or delays caused by a lengthy redline process.
